COVID Clean does not guarantee that restaurants making the COVID Clean Pledge will adhere to all of the CDC’s guidelines. Even with restaurants taking proper precautions, it is unlikely but possible for patrons to contract COVID-19. COVID Clean does not take any responsibility for any illnesses that may have resulted from food or packaging taken from a restaurant that has made the COVID Clean Pledge.
